Language is the medium of communication

 In this world , everyone has there own language to communicate with other people. Language is used to express our feelings, ideas and emotions.

There are four main types of communication verbal , non verbal , written and visual . All these types of communication makes the human to express their thoughts and feelings.

There is no high or low level language. People consider those speaking in other than native language are better in their knowledge. But truth is , only we can mingle with different people if we know other language. But In native language, we can learn our own essential skills such as critical thinking and literacy skills .

For example, if a child has developed the ability to guess the meaning of a word or he/she himself understand to read between the lines , these skills are easily transferred when they begin studying in a second language .

It is much harder, to teach these abstract skills directly through a second language. 

We people might think of speaking or writing as basic essential tool for communication but in reality , most important tool for effective communication is listening. 

Finally, learning language will not only communicate with people also improves better relationships and express culture of a person to another one .
